Introduction
This document summarizes the Slick City Action Park (“Slick City” hereafter) franchise program structure. The purpose of this document is for internal planning purposes in regards to the franchise development program for Slick City and should be kept confidential. It is based on the following information:

children’s entertainment segment of franchising.
The Mission
The mission of Slick City is to be Bold, Courage, and Audacious as the world’s first indoor slide and sports court park design for all ages.
The mission of the Franchisor Company is to be the most complete and efficient franchise model providing its franchisees the opportunity to experience a rewarding, profitable, and efficient business model. Utilizing systems, processes, and a proven operating model, the Franchisor will train each franchisee in best practices and will implement a focus on quality entertainment services. Through an effective franchise distribution model, Slick Citywill provide terrific ongoing support to its franchisees, and is projected to sell 48 and open 34 units over the next five years.
Company Overview
Owned by Bron Launsby, Slick City is both a waterless slide action park and a manufacturer of slide amusements that are to be used in Slick City locations. Slick City started their first location in Denver, Colorado in mid-2022 and has opened a second location in St. Louis, Missouri. Slick City has a massive amount of data and forethought behind the concept due to the vast experience of Bron Launs by with trampoline parks and has been re-engineered to be entertaining for adults, as well as children, who desire anall-inclusive Adventure Fun Park, with multiple attractions, sport court, food service, birthdays parties and comfortable lounge are for adults.

Slick City Franchise Group, LLC, is the franchise entity which will offer the business model of Slick City through franchising to other independent business people. This entity is formed for several reasons:
- Protects the original corporate locations and current business of Slick City.
- Auditing and Financial record keeping is simpler when kept separate from the affiliate organization.
- Owners have the ability to form this organization anywhere
in the United States in addition to changing ownership of
the organization if chosen to do so.
